Nail Cake is a private, by-appointment studio, which means your time slot is reserved for you alone. This policy keeps that fair for every guest. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
A $25 deposit is required to secure every appointment. Your deposit holds your time slot and is applied to your visit. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit step is complete.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. To make a change, message us or call (864) 874-6334 as soon as your plans change, and we will move your booking or release your slot.
Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window, and appointments missed without notice, may forfeit the deposit, because that time cannot be offered to another guest. If something urgent comes up, contact us as soon as you can and we will always try to work with you.
If you are running behind, message us before your appointment time. Because appointments are booked back to back, arriving late may mean a shorter service or rescheduling, depending on the day.
